Is Black Flag Resynced Actually Worth Buying Again?

Ubisoft is calling Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced a full remake an not just an AI-upscaled remaster. With overhauled combat, improved parkour, expanded naval gameplay, new story content, and a rebuilt Anvil engine, it certainly sounds ambitious.

But does a long list of new features automatically mean it's not a cash grab?
